ATAI are pleased to announce their continuing expansion and ongoing development of air distribution systems. This has resulted in a trusted UL Approved Non-coated fire-rated ductwork which has been tested to BS 476 Part 24 and ISO 6944 without the need for additional coating applied to the surface.
The latest ATAI non-coated fire rated duct system is certified by UL as a fire rated ductwork which is rated for up to 3 hour stability and integrity rating for all smoke extract systems and fire contained either outside the duct (type A) or inside the duct (type B), which will inhibit the spread of fire from one compartment to another within a building.
Fire resistance is achieved without the necessity of an application of insulation on the surface of duct which might be required for some systems if specified.

ATAI are manufacturing silencers, both rectangular, cross talk and cylindrical types from galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminum depending on the requirement. ATAI silencers provide effective, predictable noise reduction at substantial saving over other methods because ATAI products are laboratory developed and tested under controlled conditions. Moreover they are manufactured to specific metal tolerances and with controlled acoustic infill flow resistances to achieve consistent results.
